FAT RABBIT NETWORK / PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Original ideas, real products. We design, source and manage the details that take a collection from first sketch to finished piece.

PART ONE · GEORGE & THE PROJECTS
I traveled China on foot, meeting makers face to face and finding workshops through experience. I followed the craft: the artists, technicians and professionals who could bring an idea to life with care.
Over years of travel and hands-on work, I learned how these skills fit together. Fat Rabbit Network grew from that understanding: connecting the right people, refining the details and building something that works as a whole.
George Davis · Founder, Fat Rabbit Network
Our network brings together artists and production professionals with more than 20 years of experience in their respective fields. Their backgrounds span entertainment, games, character art, fabrication and government projects.
Members of our team bring experience on work associated with Magic, Universal, Ubisoft, DC and Marvel. Here, that experience serves a shared focus: developing and making Fat Rabbit Network products.
Tell us what you need to make. We bring together the right disciplines, define the requirements and build a practical path to production.

Campaign artwork, launch direction, event graphics and content that give the product a clear story.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / BUILT AROUND YOU
Some partners come with finished artwork and need production. Others need help shaping the product itself. We start with your goals, audience, quantity, deadline and budget, then build a plan that fits. We can help a growing brand launch a focused first run or coordinate a larger program for a corporate team. Materials, methods and pricing are reviewed together before production; the right choice depends on the brief.
Bring a sketch, sample, reference link or a simple description. Tell us who it is for, where it will be sold or used, your target price, approximate quantity and ideal delivery date. If you do not know an answer yet, we can work it out together.
We review design, materials, construction, branding and packaging. For existing products we look at ways to improve fit, finish or cost; for new ideas we turn the concept into specifications a production partner can use.
We compare suitable production routes and explain how quantity, materials and finishing affect price. Where the project calls for it, we coordinate a sample or prototype and revise details after your feedback. Production begins after the scope and sample are approved.
We coordinate production, review the agreed specifications and plan packaging and shipping. You get clear updates at the important checkpoints, with the next decisions laid out before they are needed.

Send the idea, any reference images, rough quantity, target budget and deadline. We will reply with questions and a practical next step for your project.
