Our products are custom made. Your final quote confirms the design, materials, measurements, production stages and timing before you authorize us to begin.

Once you approve the final order and authorize work to start, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not available for that custom order, except where required by law. Work may start with dedicated materials, patterns, staging or preparation before the finished item is made. These steps commit time and resources, including work with our specialist partners.

If your needs change, contact us promptly. We can discuss alterations or store credit where possible; the available options depend on work completed, committed materials and partner arrangements. Any credit or change will be confirmed in writing.

Your rights for faulty goods, an incorrect item, non-delivery, or a failure to meet agreed specifications remain. We will review the appropriate remedy and provide any refund required by law. Contact George@fatrabbitnetwork.com with your order reference.
